At Diviniti.com, we prioritize simplicity, transparency, and security to ensure a seamless shopping experience. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards. Please note that returns are not accepted for products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
Eligible Returns
A product is eligible for return only if:
• The wrong product was shipped, differing from the order confirmation.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product was received in a damaged condition. (Do not accept tampered or damaged packages upon delivery.)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate a Request: Contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery at +91 95559 66666 (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM) or email info@diviniti.com. You may also submit a return request through the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
2. Provide Details: Share a clear photograph of the product highlighting the issue, along with your order details. Our Quality Assurance team will review your request.
3. Request Status: We will respond within 2-3 business days. If your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 days, and the product will reach our warehouse within 7-10 days.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
5. Refund Method: The refund will be credited to your Diviniti Wallet, which can be used for future purchases within 3 months.
6. Courier Charges: The return shipping charges will be deducted from the total order value.
Important Guidelines
• Refunds will be processed via Razorpay, account transfer, or direct refund within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
• Color tone variations are not valid reasons for return, as product images are graphically enhanced to resemble 24K gold plating.
• Diviniti.com reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a refund. Each request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.
