Refund and Exchange Policy

The customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item in case of any defects. If the item is found to be genuinely defective, a full refund will be processed.  

 

Return request will not be entertained incase:

  • If any return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
    • Specific categories like clothing freebies.
    • Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
    • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
    • Made-to-order / custom made.
    • Fragile items, hygiene related items.
    • Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product and seller.
