Refund and Exchange Policy
The customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item in case of any defects. If the item is found to be genuinely defective, a full refund will be processed.
Return request will not be entertained incase:
- If any return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Specific categories like clothing freebies.
- Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Made-to-order / custom made.
- Fragile items, hygiene related items.
- Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product and seller.
